Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to drive design, development, and integration of a new Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced installation for MedTech clients.

You will lead a small team and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver a robust MVP. The role emphasizes architecture, data flow, and campaign execution, requires strong English communication, and familiarity with regulated industries.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of hands-on, relevant experience in a similar role.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced platform tailored to client-specific requirements.
• Oversee and support two junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and timely delivery of development tasks.
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with existing enterprise systems to enable seamless data flow and campaign execution.
• Document technical solutions, workflows, and integration points to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
• Demonstrate decent communication skills with working English fluency (B2 level or higher).

Responsibilities

• Apply proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture, customization, and integration across complex enterprise environments.
• Lead and mentor junior developers while overseeing development workflows and maintaining code quality standards.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, managing client communications effectively throughout the process.
• Maintain a detail-oriented focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions despite tight deadlines and shifting requirements.
• Collaborate effectively within a medium-sized cross-functional team of 6-10 members, coordinating closely with third-party vendors.
