Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to drive a net-new Advanced installation within the MedTech sector. You will lead a small cross-functional team, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality delivery.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, maintain robust documentation, and navigate regulatory considerations while delivering an MVP within a dynamic enterprise setting. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud role.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced platform tailored to client requirements.
• Oversee two junior developers, ensuring best practices and timely delivery.
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with existing enterprise systems for seamless data flow and campaigns.
• Facilitate regular communication with client stakeholders and internal teams to manage expectations and progress.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to maintain stability and performance.
• Drive MVP delivery by prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing project needs.
• Document technical solutions and integration points for maintenance and future enhancements.
• Demonstrate strong English communication (B2) to translate requirements into architectures.
