EPAM Systems Inc is hiring an SEO/GEO Consultant to blend hands-on technical and content SEO with stakeholder leadership and sales support. You will drive keyword/entity research, optimize content, perform technical audits, and analyze data to deliver measurable outcomes while aligning with search algorithms and LLMs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in an SEO role with strong technical SEO foundation.
• Experience in senior/lead/manager/owner-level roles (2+ years).
• Proven track record managing engagements for teams of 5+ full-time employees.
• Ability to present and advocate ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of multilingual/multiregional SEO and local SEO principles.
• Familiarity with E-E-A-T, YMYL, entities, NLP, and topical maps.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end technical SEO/GEO audits to surface improvements.
• Conduct in-depth content audits and plan performance lift for key pages.
• Track site performance and produce actionable reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply SEO/GEO best practices.
• Coordinate with development during site updates and replatforming.
• Stay updated on search engine and LLM algorithm changes.
