Huzzle, a leading health-tech company, is seeking a Senior SDR to fuel rapid growth across Europe and Latin America. You will handle high-velocity outreach, engage health-conscious individuals, and translate biomarker data into a compelling value proposition.

This fully remote role requires 2+ years in SDR or similar, Spanish and English fluency, and CET/BST overlap with EST. You will earn performance-based bonuses and participate in ongoing training and mentorship.

Formación

• 2+ years of SDR or sales-driven experience in a D2C tech environment.
• Spanish and English fluency (must-have).
• Proven track record of high-volume outreach and meeting quotas.
• Excellent organizational and self-starter mindset.
• Must be able to overlap CET/BST with EST (10:00–14:00 CET).
• Experience in Healthcare sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a high volume of inbound leads with rapid response during business hours.
• Conduct 50+ personalized conversations daily via phone, email, and text to qualify prospects.
• Own top-of-funnel cycle and drive new paying members monthly.
• Aim for a 750 USD AOV through consultative selling and education.
• Maximize lifetime value with a 50% upsell rate on core offerings.
• Navigate health-related objections with expert guidance on biomarker testing.
