Fe Y Alegria De Colombia D.Nacional is seeking an experienced SDET to lead automated testing efforts amid modernization from .NET 6 to .NET 10. You will design scalable test frameworks, implement automated tests, and collaborate closely with developers and QA to ensure high quality releases.

The role emphasizes building robust automated coverage for web apps, APIs, and services, while supporting manual testing and continuous delivery practices in an Agile environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in SDET, Test Automation, or QA engineering.
• Strong experience designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with Playwright or similar modern test automation tools.
• Experience testing web applications built with .NET, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience validating REST APIs, integrations, and backend services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Experience with Git-based repositories, Jira, and Agile development teams.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into scalable automated test coverage.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites.
• Create automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Collaborate with developers and QA to define test strategies and criteria.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Participate in manual testing to achieve full coverage of modernization.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and document software defects and quality issues.
• Validate application upgrades and compatibility changes during modernization.
• Execute test automation against web applications, APIs, and services.
• Analyze results, provide quality metrics, and communicate risks.
• Promote test automation best practices across development squads.
