Manpower is seeking an experienced SDET/Test Automation Engineer to lead automated testing initiatives as part of modernizing enterprise applications from .NET 6 to .NET 10. The role collaborates with developers, QA engineers, and the Tech Lead to build scalable frameworks and ensure reliable releases.

Responsibilities include designing automated tests, integrating with CI/CD pipelines, and driving quality across web apps, APIs, and services.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years in SDET, test automation, or QA roles.
• Experience designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with Playwright or similar modern test automation tools.
• Experience testing web apps built with .NET, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience validating REST APIs, integrations, and backend services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Experience working with Git-based repos, Jira, and Agile teams.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable automated test coverage.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites.
• Create automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests for modernized applications.
• Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Participate in manual testing to achieve full coverage of modernized applications.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and document software defects and quality issues.
• Validate application upgrades, dependency updates, and compatibility changes.
• Execute test automation against web applications, APIs, and supporting services.
• Analyze test results, provide quality metrics, and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Promote test automation best practices and continuous quality improvement across teams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, cases, results, and release readiness.
