Jiro S.A. seeks an SDET/Test Automation Engineer in Medellín to drive automated testing during modernization from .NET 6 to .NET 10.

You will build scalable test frameworks, validate application functionality, and support continuous delivery with close collaboration across developers and QA peers. The role requires 6+ years in SDET/QA, strong Playwright experience, and expertise in web apps using .NET, React, and TypeScript.

Formación

• 6+ years in SDET, QA engineering, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to design automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with modern test automation tools such as Playwright.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites.
• Create automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Collaborate with developers to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Participate in manual testing to ensure full coverage of modernization efforts.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and document defects and quality issues.
• Validate upgrades and compatibility changes during modernization.
• Execute tests against web apps, APIs, and supporting services.
• Analyze results, report metrics, and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Promote test automation best practices across teams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation.
