Caja De Compensacion Familiar De Caldas - Agencia is seeking an experienced SDET/Test Automation Engineer to drive automated testing strategy for modernizing enterprise applications from .NET 6 to .NET 10. You will design scalable frameworks, validate web apps and APIs, and collaborate with developers and QA to ensure reliable releases throughout the lifecycle.

You will contribute to automated and manual testing, align with CI/CD pipelines, and document results and risks for stakeholders,

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in SDET, test automation, or QA engineering.
• Experience designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with Playwright or similar modern test automation tools.
• Experience testing web apps built with .NET, React, and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites.
• Create automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests for modernized applications.
• Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Participate in manual testing and manual testing best practices to achieve full coverage.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and document software defects and quality issues.
• Validate application upgrades and compatibility changes introduced during modernization.
• Execute test automation against web applications, APIs, and supporting services.
• Analyze test results, provide quality metrics, and communicate risks to project stakeholders.
• Promote test automation best practices and continuous quality improvement across squads.
• Create and maintain test documentation including test plans, cases, results, and defect tracking.
