Job summary

Amadeus Travel Intelligence is seeking a Scrum Master to join the Technology team. You will facilitate team and train ceremonies, coach agile practices, and promote Lean-Agile values to accelerate value delivery across Agile teams.

You will work with stakeholders, manage impediments, and drive relentless improvement, including SAFe train alignment and cross-team collaboration. The role requires 5+ years in a SaaS Scrum Master capacity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in SaaS environments.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum; SAFe familiarity is a plus.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
• Strong business understanding and excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate team ceremonies (planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Coach agile practices and promote Lean-Agile values.
• Shield the team from impediments and manage risks.
• Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to fill the backlog.
• Track and communicate key delivery metrics; drive continuous improvement.
• Support train-level events in SAFe as needed.
