Job summary

Amadeus IT Group Colombia, S.A.S. is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join the Technology team in Bogotá. You will facilitate team ceremonies, promote Lean-Agile values, and work with stakeholders to accelerate value delivery at the Agile team level.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Scrum Master experience in a SaaS environment, plus SAFe knowledge and CSМ certification. Strong communication and analytical skills are required, with a willingness to collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Scrum Master in a SaaS model.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies; SAFe knowledge is a plus.
• CSM certification is required.
• Strong business understanding and excellent communication skills.
• Technical knowledge of analytics and reporting solutions desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coach agile practices and ceremonies.
• Facilitate Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe artifacts at team and train levels.
• Promote Lean-Agile values and ensure transparency.
• Collaborate with Product Management to fill the backlog and demonstrate Agile mindset.
• Foster Communities of Practice and drive continuous improvement.
