AspenView Technology Partners is seeking a Senior Scrum Master/Agile Coach to drive agile delivery across AspenView and client teams. You will own sprint cadence end-to-end, coach for vertical-slice delivery, and ensure validated working software each sprint while coordinating across data, BI, security, DevOps, UX, and data science workstreams.

This senior role is fully remote with LATAM overlap for U.S.-based stakeholders, reporting to AspenView Delivery Leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of Scrum Master or agile delivery experience
• Experience leading an integrated team of 8-12 engineers across multiple workstreams
• Independence to act as senior delivery lead without a PM
• Experience running sprint cadences with senior business stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for the integrated team
• Run a two-week sprint cadence end-to-end
• Coach the team on vertical-slice delivery
• Own the engagement backlog in Azure DevOps
• Operate independently as the senior delivery lead
• Remove blockers and escalate when needed
• Coordinate dependencies across workstreams
• Translate sprint metrics into delivery health narratives
• Raise agile maturity through practices and retrospectives
