AspenView Technology Partners is seeking an AI Product Solutions Manager to drive end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-enabled solutions. You will translate business needs into scalable AI and automation, improving efficiency, quality, and service delivery across the firm's global platform.

This role requires strong product management discipline, cross-functional leadership, and governance expertise to move AI from discovery through pilot, launch, governance, and measurement.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in product management, AI solutions, business transformation, and technology strategy.
• Proven track record leading AI product, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of discovery, requirements gathering, and workflow design.
• Ability to translate AI concepts into practical business outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and govern an AI portfolio with AI opportunities, ROI, and governance alignment.
• Partner with leaders to design, pilot, test, validate, and scale AI-enabled tools and workflows.
• Translate operational challenges into actionable AI use cases and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with IT, Innovation, Data, and external vendors for implementation.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, governance, security, privacy, and risk management.
• Define business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlogs.
