A leading consulting firm is looking for an Agile Facilitator to work remotely within LATAM. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with excellent communication and coaching skills. The role involves facilitating scrum events and promoting an agile culture among teams, ensuring effective collaboration and continuous improvement.

Formación

• English is a requirement, as the role involves working with US-based clients.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

• Background promoting Agile thinking and culture.
• Knowledge of other agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, XP, Lean Startup).
• Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospectives and agile techniques.
• Good understanding of software development practices like TDD, BDD, DDT, unit testing, test automation, version control and CI/CD.
• English is required as you will work with US-based clients.

Responsabilidades

• Use agile values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
• Train, mentor, and support scrum teams to practice agile.
• Coach the Product Owner in managing tasks and issues.
• Facilitate scrum events and decision-making processes.
• Promote continuous improvement based on data.
• Ensure proper use of collaborative processes and remove impediments for the scrum team.
• Remove pains in the process to avoid silos.
• Promote continuous improvement based on data/indicators.
• Ensure goals are understood by all team members.
• Facilitate technical answers when teams reach blockers.

• Good understanding of software development practices like TDD, BDD, DDT, unit testing, test automation, version control, and CI/CD
• English is a requirement, as you will be working directly with US-based clients.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Use agile values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
• Trains, mentors and supports scrum teams to practice agile values and principles
• Coach the Product Owner to manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
• Facilitates scrum events and team decision-making processes
• Coach teams to organize and execute effective demos and product/system testing.
• Ensures the proper use of collaborative processes and removes impediments for the scrum team.
• Removes pains in the process to avoid working in silos.
• Promotes continuous improvement thru a guided and structured process based on data or indicators.
• Makes sure that goals are understood by everyone on the team as well as possible.
• Facilitates technical answers when the team reaches blockers.
