Lean Tech, a Lean Solutions Group Division, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead architectural design and hands-on implementation across Salesforce platforms. The role focuses on translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, guiding technical delivery, and mentoring junior engineers.

You will work across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, leveraging APIs and integration patterns, while embracing Agile methodologies and modern DevOps practices.

Formación

• Advanced Apex programming experience: governor limits, bulk patterns, trigger handling and unit testing.
• Advanced knowledge of data modeling, security model, flows, custom metadata/settings.
• Understanding of the end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle, collaborating with engineers.
• Solid knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AppExchange solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Metadata).
• Knowledge of integrations, 3rd-party integration tools, and ETL with Salesforce.
• Solid grounding in OOP, database design, and SDLC.
• Experience working in Agile methodology.
• Knowledge of DevOps best practices and CI/CD for Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
• Estimate level of effort for solution implementation based on requirements.
• Lead technical design sessions and document solutions aligned to client objectives.
• Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations including development and integrations.
• Provide hands-on, expert-level assistance to developers on issues.
• Conduct development code reviews and advise on best practices.
• Demonstrate technical thought leadership and stay current with Salesforce features.
• Coach and mentor junior technical team members.
