AgileEngine, LLC is seeking a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer to design and deliver Service Cloud solutions for enterprise environments. You will work across Omni-Channel routing, capacity, and presence management, using Apex and Lightning Web Components to build scalable apps and integrations with third-party systems.
You will maintain Aura and Visualforce components, implement REST, Bulk, and Metadata API integrations, and contribute to CI/CD workflows.
Formación
- 4+ years of experience developing Salesforce business applications.
- Proficiency in Apex, including triggers, controllers, and test classes.
- Strong Lightning development with LWC, and SOQL/SOSL knowledge.
- Experience with Service Cloud and Salesforce Omni-Channel.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with REST-based web services and CI/CD.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including Omni-Channel routing and presence management.
- Build scalable apps using Apex and Lightning, primarily LWC, and maintain Aura/Visualforce as needed.
- Create integrations with third-party systems via REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.
