AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer to design and enhance Service Cloud solutions for an enterprise Salesforce environment. You will build scalable applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components, maintain Aura and Visualforce components, and integrate with telephony/CTI and third-party systems via REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.

The role requires hands-on CI/CD and deployment experience, strong Service Cloud and LWC expertise, and operates in US Central Time.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience developing Salesforce business applications.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, including triggers, controllers, and test classes.
• Lightning development, with hands-on LWC experience; SOQL and SOSL.
• Experience building business solutions within Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel functionality.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with REST-based web services.
• Experience maintaining Aura and Visualforce components.
• Hands-on experience with Git and Salesforce CI/CD, deployment and migration.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including Omni-Channel functionality such as routing, capacity, and presence management.
• Build scalable, high-quality applications using Apex and Lightning frameworks, with LWC as the primary development framework, and maintain Aura and Visualforce components as needed.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs, Bulk APIs, and Metadata APIs, including telephony/CTI and external SaaS/AppExchange integrations.
