AgileEngine is seeking a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer to design and enhance Service Cloud solutions for an enterprise Salesforce environment. You will implement Omni-Channel routing, capacity and presence management, and build scalable applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components.

You will integrate with telephony/CTI and external systems via REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs while maintaining Aura/Visualforce components.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience developing Salesforce business applications.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, including triggers, controllers, and test classes.
• Lightning development with LWC experience; SOQL and SOSL knowledge.
• Experience in Service Cloud and Salesforce Omni-Channel functionality.
• Experience developing custom objects within Salesforce environment.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with REST-based web services.
• Experience maintaining Aura and/or Visualforce components.
• Hands-on Git and Salesforce CI/CD, deployment, and migration processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including Omni-Channel routing, capacity, and presence management.
• Build scalable applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components, maintaining Aura/Visualforce as needed.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs, including telephony/CTI and external SaaS/AppExchange integrations.
