AgileEngine in Colombia is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and build scalable CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows. This role focuses on delivering AI-assisted capabilities like Agentforce to improve sales and service workflows across the Salesforce platform.

You will collaborate with product managers, admins, and architects to gather requirements, optimize performance, and ensure secure development practices while supporting integrations via REST APIs

Formación

• 4+ years of Salesforce CRM development experience.
• Hands-on Apex, SOQL, LWC, triggers, and async processing.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations.
• Experience building scalable automation and integration solutions on Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein, or AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.
• Understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing, profiles, permission sets, governor limits.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and platform configuration.
• Build reusable services, triggers, batch jobs, integrations, and automation frameworks.
• Implement and support Agentforce-related experiences and AI-assisted workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, admins, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Optimize platform performance and enforce secure development practices.
• Support integrations with REST APIs, platform events, and middleware patterns.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to code reviews, release planning, and technical documentation.
