AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and build scalable CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.

You will drive AI-assisted capabilities like Agentforce into production, enhancing sales and service workflows across the platform. Responsibilities include designing, coding, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions, building integrations, and supporting security and performance.

Formación

• Proven Salesforce CRM development experience with 4+ years.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, SOQL, LWC, triggers, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations and scalable automation/integration on Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein, or AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities and Salesforce security model.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and configurations.
• Build reusable services, triggers, batch jobs, integrations, and automation frameworks following Salesforce best practices.
• Support Agentforce-related experiences and AI-assisted workflows across the platform.
• Collaborate with product managers, admins, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
• Facilitate integrations with external systems via REST APIs, platform events, and middleware patterns.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to code reviews, release planning, and technical documentation.
