AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and build scalable CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows. The role includes deploying AI-assisted capabilities like Agentforce to improve sales and service workflows while ensuring Salesforce security and performance.

You will collaborate with product managers, admins, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver robust integrations and automation across the platform, including REST APIs and event-driven

Formación

• 4+ years of Salesforce CRM development experience.
• Hands-on Apex, SOQL, LWC, triggers, and async processing.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations.
• Experience building scalable automation and integration solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein, or AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.
• Understanding of the Salesforce security model, sharing, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and configuration.
• Build reusable services, triggers, batch jobs, integrations, and automation frameworks.
• Implement and support Agentforce experiences and AI-assisted workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, admins, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.
• Support integrations with external systems using REST APIs, platform events, and middleware patterns.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to code reviews, release planning, and technical documentation.
