Lifted, an Upwork Company, is seeking a Salesforce CRM Developer to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and AI-enabled capabilities like Agentforce. You will work on automation, integrations, and secure development practices within enterprise environments.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of Salesforce development, strong Apex/SOQL/LWC experience, and familiarity with Sales/Service Cloud.

• 4+ years of Salesforce CRM development experience.
• Strong hands-on Apex experience.
• Strong hands-on SOQL expertise.
• Strong hands-on Lightning Web Components proficiency.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce Triggers experience.
• Experience with asynchronous Salesforce processing.
• Experience implementing Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Experience building scalable automations and integrations on Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein, or similar AI-enabled capabilities.
• Understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing, and permissions.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and configuration.
• Develop reusable Apex services, triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous processes, and integrations.
• Build scalable Salesforce automation and integration solutions aligned with best practices.
• Implement Agentforce-related experiences and AI-assisted workflows where applicable.
• Collaborate with product managers, admins, architects, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Develop and support Salesforce integrations with external systems via REST APIs.
• Apply security, sharing, and governor-limit best practices; optimize performance.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, releases, and documentation.
