Mastercard in Bogota is seeking a Manager for Customer Risk Management to drive global strategy and enablement from the CRM function within Strategy & Operations. The role engages senior management and disciplines across regions to strengthen risk controls and enable scalable growth.

The candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives, partner on credit risk assessments, and develop new risk mitigants with account teams, supporting Mastercard’s objective to manage credit risk globally.

Formación

• Significant experience in credit risk management is a prerequisite; knowledge of the banking sector and payments regulation is a plus.
• Strong strategic and commercial mindset with ability to move between strategy, problem-solving and execution.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and structuring problems where precedent is limited.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills, including at senior management levels.

Responsabilidades

• Devising and implementing strategy and roadmap to ensure consistency, scalability and prioritization across regions.
• Leading CRM global initiatives to scale commercial success beyond regions, including enabling new global risk mitigants.
• Partnering with regional leads on customer credit risk assessment and negotiating new mitigants with account managers and customers.
• Leading cross-functional projects to deliver priority items with urgency.
• Building relationships across the organization globally with strong business acumen.
• Serving as secretary of the CRM Strategic Initiatives forum.
