• Significant experience in credit risk management.
• Knowledge of banking sector and payments regulation is a plus.
• Strong strategic and commercial mindset; able to move between strategy and execution.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills at senior levels.
• Ability to lead across functions and regions globally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
