Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst in Risk Management to help design and monitor our operational risk program across GBSC. You will identify, assess and mitigate risks arising from processes, people, systems or events while balancing risk with efficiency.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, maintenance of risk registers and KRIs, and support for internal and external audits. Strong communication, analytical thinking and attention to detail are essential.

Formación

• Experience in risk management frameworks (ERM/ORM/TRM) and three lines of defense.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex risks clearly to stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead GBSC risk management processes and coordinate with stakeholders to identify risks.
• Support compliance monitoring efforts and foster a risk-aware culture.
• Maintain risk registers, KRIs, and risk reporting for senior leadership views.
