SearchApi is seeking a senior Ruby on Rails engineer to become the technical backbone of our product. You’ll own the hardest PRs, raise the bar for the codebase, and ship production features across billing, API, and dashboards.

This is a hands-on, high-trust role with no management track, remote-first. You’ll collaborate directly with the CEO/CTO and help shape technical direction while delivering robust software for real customers.

Formación

• Many years of Ruby on Rails experience in production systems.
• Ability to ship production code across the product.
• Strong code quality and reliability focus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the hardest PRs and complex features.
• Review peers' PRs and mentor through code reviews.
• Build enterprise features and billing integrations with Stripe.
• Develop API, dashboard, and developer experience.
• Maintain security standards and performance.
