EPAM Systems is seeking a Python Tech Lead to drive the architecture and technical direction of our development teams in Colombia. You will mentor engineers, ensure scalable solutions, and deliver high-quality software.

You will lead debugging, oversee CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker, and collaboration across multinational teams while maintaining Agile practices. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience (Python).
• Strong Python expertise with Django/Flask/FastAPI.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) and CI/CD.
• Docker experience; unit testing and TDD.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and practices.
