Qualifications

• Genuine data storage and retrieval knowledge
• Proficient in Git for source control and collaboration
• Advanced English (B2+) or higher

Responsibilities

• Formulate and build high-performance software architectures aligned with business goals and tech requirements
• Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver well-integrated software
• Audit teammate-authored code and provide constructive feedback to maintain quality
• Train and mentor junior staff to strengthen technical capabilities
• Participate in planning workshops, providing sizing metrics and delivery perspectives
• Track tech shifts and introduce progressive practices in daily routines

• Interface with sponsors to refine user stories and confirm deliverables
