BairesDev is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to design and operate AWS serverless infrastructure for high-scale products. You will implement end-to-end features, containerize services, and drive infrastructure as code with CDK/CloudFormation/Terraform.

The role focuses on Python, AWS Serverless, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB, with Docker/Kubernetes/ECS for orchestration. Strong English is required for the global remote team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on AWS Serverless experience (Lambda, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, API Gateway).
• Background in PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform).
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement services on AWS serverless infrastructure (Lambda, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, API Gateway).
• Own complete features end to end, from design through deployment.
• Containerize and orchestrate services using Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS.
• Build and maintain infrastructure as code using CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform.
• Design data models across PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.
• Design APIs consumed by web and mobile applications.
