Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Planner to lead development and maintenance of the master schedule using Oracle Primavera P6. You will collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, procurement and construction to ensure the schedule supports project milestones and client expectations.

Role requires extensive experience in project controls, earned value analysis, and resource loading. Travel to on-site locations outside Bogotá is expected, with a focus on Queretaro and

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in project controls, planning and scheduling.
• Development of detailed project plans from Master Schedule using P6; manage inputs from design to construction.
• Experience with large-scale or mission-critical projects in a consulting engineering capacity.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with key stakeholders for accurate and timely updates across engineering, procurement and construction.
• Prepare and maintain the Project Basis of Schedule.
• Establish and manage the project master schedule for ENG, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Apply resource loading for optimal crew/staffing plans.
• Calculate and monitor Earned Value KPIs and progress with S-curves.
• Lead scheduling standards and IPS processes with owner inputs.
• Coordinate progress tracking with GC and stakeholders for milestones.
• Ensure schedule activities are coded to WBS and linked to controls.
