Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Planner to lead the master schedule using Oracle Primavera P6 for a major project in Colombia. The role requires 10+ years of project controls experience and fluency in English and Spanish.

You will coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams, manage the schedule, and report progress to stakeholders. Ideal candidates will be proficient in P6, MS Office, and earned value techniques, with strong communication and stakeholder

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in project controls, planning, and scheduling.
• Development of detailed project plans from the Master Schedule using P6 software.
• Monitor schedule trends and analyze impacts with the project team.
• Prepare status reports and ensure standards/formats are maintained.
• Adjust schedules as needed and report discrepancies against baseline.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and maintenance of the project master schedule using Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for updates across engineering, procurement and construction.
• Establish and manage Basis of Schedule and the master schedule.
• Apply resource loading to optimize staffing plans.
• Calculate Earned Value KPIs and progress with S-curves.
• Coordinate progress tracking with the GC and stakeholders for milestones.
• Facilitate IPS scheduling sessions with leads, vendors and client inputs.
• Identify critical path and monitor/report schedule throughout the project.
• Incorporate scope changes and trends into the schedule.
• Provide weekly/bi-weekly/monthly plan vs actual and mitigation inputs.
