Turner & Townsend is seeking a Lead / Senior Project Scheduler to join its Mining & Metals team in Medellín, Colombia. The role focuses on planning, monitoring, and controlling schedules for large-scale mining and industrial projects, with travel and on-site work at client offices and project locations in Nicaragua.

The candidate will develop scheduling strategies, ensure schedule alignment across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning, and provide regular performance analyses

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls.
• Experience in Mining & Metals, heavy industry, or large capital projects.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Support schedule control and project performance with the Project Controls Lead, PM, and Project Director.
• Coordinate WBS and CBS development with project managers, cost managers, and engineers.
• Perform schedule risk analysis, critical path analysis, and progress measurement.
• Generate regular scheduling reports and dashboards to inform decisions.
