AgileEngine in Colombia seeks a Senior Program Manager to coordinate an Application Security team's programs, drive code hygiene and ownership initiatives, and lead cross-functional PMO activities. You will lead team meetings, create project docs, and track progress, risks, and key results across PMO teams and leadership.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management roles or similar.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work with PMO teams across the organization to track, report, and communicate progress, risks, blockers, and key results (KRs).
• Experience setting up program meetings and communicating effectively with leadership and stakeholders.
• IQL or SQL and strong analytical skills.
• Strong ability to work as a self-starter.
• Proactively and independently researches, experiments, and solves problems with rapid iteration cycles to deliver results fast.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
