AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support an Application Security team by coordinating code hygiene and ownership programs. You will lead team meetings, create project documentation, manage change initiatives, and track progress across PMO teams and leadership.

The role requires 8+ years of program management experience and strong SQL or IQL analytical ability, plus the ability to communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management roles or similar.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience tracking, reporting, and communicating progress, risks, blockers, and KR across PMO teams.
• Experience setting up program meetings with leadership and stakeholders.
• IQL or SQL and strong analytical skills.
• Self-starter who proactively researches, experiments, and solves problems.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
