AgileEngine in Medellín, Colombia, seeks a Senior Program Manager to support an Application Security team by coordinating code hygiene and operational ownership programs. You will lead team meetings, create project documentation, manage change initiatives, and track progress across PMO teams and leadership.

The role requires 8+ years of program management experience and strong SQL or IQL analytical ability, with upper-intermediate English.

• 8+ years of program management experience.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating PMO teams and communicating progress and risks.
• Experience setting up program meetings and communicating with leadership.
• Proficiency in SQL or IQL for analytics.
• Ability to work independently and iterate quickly.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
