Job summary

Félix is building a universal financial platform for Latinos in the US, starting with AI-driven remittances and expanding to credit, savings, and wallet services. You will lead the senior product role for the orchestration layer that handles complex, long-running workflows between sending money and settlement.

The role emphasizes defining platform primitives, contracts, and observability. You will collaborate with operations, compliance, and engineering to deliver reliable, scalable product

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with platform ownership or backend product experience.
• Knowledge of distributed-systems concepts and failure modes of long-running workflows.
• Experience in payments, remittance, banking or transaction-processing domains.
• Exceptional written communication and clear specs/contracts.
• Comfort with data: querying and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Define platform boundaries, guarantees, and non-goals for the orchestration layer.
• Own sequencing and migration path for additional products on the platform.
• Define contracts and interfaces for teams: workflows, idempotency, retries, timeouts, and observability docs.
• Lead roadmap and delivery of the platform, balancing reliability and platform investment.
• Represent the platform to operations, compliance, and finance; align with architecture decisions.
