Félix is building a financial companion for Latinos in the US, expanding remittances, credit, and wallet services with an AI-first, chat-centric experience. The role focuses on designing the Credit surface, including offers, borrowing flows, disclosures, repayment, and history within a chat thread and eventual native apps.

You will collaborate with the Credit PM and lead credit designer in a fast, async-first environment, balancing usability with risk and delivering high-quality concepts quickly.

Formación

• 4+ years designing consumer products with a high bar for craft
• Fluency in Spanish and advanced English
• Strong visual and interaction design with end-to-end UX scope
• Native or near-native Spanish and advanced English
• Deep Figma proficiency with multiple mobile products shipped
• Research fluency and ability to run evaluative testing

Responsabilidades

• Widen credit access for underserved users through the borrowing flow, disclosures, and repayment history
• Design for a conversational, AI-native medium within a chat interface and native apps
• Treat compliance as a design material with legal and risk requirements
• Ground decisions in evidence and run lightweight discovery with PMs
• Maintain Félix branding and user experience across conversations and products
• Shape the design team and influence the design system and hiring approach
