You will own the end-to-end user experience in fast-growing regions, identifying where the magical experience is lacking and solving it with scalable product features. This high-stakes role requires balancing local nuances with global scalability, prioritizing resources, and collaborating with Engineering, Design, Data, and Ops to deliver rapid, high-impact

Qualifications

• Strategic ability to allocate resources across markets.
• Proven experience in Product Strategy, Roadmapping, and full product lifecycle.
• Strong data analysis and experimentation skills (SQL, A/B testing, funnel optimization).
• Expert in Market Research; translate local nuances into features.
• Ability to lead Eng, Design, Data, and Ops without formal authority.
• Deep understanding of LatAm market and fintech/payments domain.
• Advanced English communication.
