Job summary

Applaudo seeks an experienced Product Manager who can translate complex business needs into clear product requirements. You will work with stakeholders across the business and tech teams to prioritize scope, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria.

You will leverage AI tools, maintain documentation, support UAT, and help drive the product roadmap from discovery through delivery in a fast-changing software environment.

Qualifications

• Senior-level Product Management or Product Ownership experience, preferably 5+ years.
• Strong requirements analysis and documentation, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with product prioritization, scope management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience collaborating with software development and QA teams through delivery and UAT.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.
• Practical use of AI tools in Product Management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives, workflows, requirements, and outcomes.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Evaluate requirements and priorities based on business value, dependencies, and scope.
• Proactively identify missing information, ambiguous requirements, edge cases before development.
• Maintain accurate, traceable product documentation including decisions and scope changes.
• Facilitate discussions between business and technical teams to align on requirements.
• Assess change requests and document agreed decisions, impact on scope and priorities.
• Collaborate with Developers and QA to clarify expected behavior and resolve blockers.
• Support product roadmap planning and ongoing prioritization for product evolution and delivery.
• Support UAT by validating business scenarios and defects.
• Leverage AI tools to improve research, refine requirements, and enhance documentation.
• Follow up on open questions and dependencies to maintain alignment.
