Applaudo in Colombia seeks an experienced Product Manager who translates complex business needs into clear product requirements, writes effective user stories, and guides delivery through UAT. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, manage roadmaps, and protect delivery quality with strong documentation.

You thrive in ambiguity, leverage AI tools for research and storytelling, and maintain excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

Senior-level Product Management or Product Ownership experience (5+ years preferred).
Strong ability to gather, document, and validate business requirements including user stories and acceptance criteria.
Proven experience prioritizing scope and balancing business needs with delivery constraints.
Experience collaborating with Dev, QA, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate solutions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives, workflows, and outcomes.
Translate needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Evaluate requirements considering value, dependencies, and delivery impact.
Proactively identify missing information, ambiguities, and edge cases before development begins.
Maintain traceable product documentation and record decisions and scope changes.
Facilitate conversations between business and technical teams to align on expectations.
Assess change requests and communicate impact on scope and priorities.
Support roadmap planning and ongoing prioritization for product evolution.
Assist UAT by validating scenarios and clarifying expected behavior.
Leverage AI tools to enhance research, analysis, and documentation while ensuring accuracy.
