Enterprise AI portfolio, acting as the definitive source for scope, priority, status, timelines, dependencies, risks, and ownership assignmentsHands-on design and construction of AI agents, assistants, and automated workflows using platforms like Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Glean, and AWS Bedrock, driving them from early prototype to live productionApply AI-powered coding tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to support direct development workEvaluate the technical strategy behind each incoming request, covering model choice, platform selection, and agent design, while weighing feasibility, cost, effort, and associated riskInvestigate emerging models, agent frameworks, and AI tooling, putting forward recommendations on what should be adoptedFacilitate portfolio planning and prioritization discussions with leadership, while mapping out capacity across both internal development staff and contractor resourcesConstruct and sustain the Enterprise AI roadmap, overseeing dependencies and risks that span multiple teamsEstablish and report portfolio-level metrics, such as throughput, cycle time, on-time delivery, and capacity
