Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. seeks a Senior AI Solution Engineer to automate risk-based controls, design connectors, and review backlogs, while advising on triage and security for the software supply chain. You will shape architecture as capabilities grow and build a rubric for trusted tools used internally.

You will review and approve AI agents, MCP integrations, and platform capabilities, ensuring secure adoption across multiple teams and projects with a focus on governance and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong API and integration standards background for secure, scalable system connections.
• Knowledge of MCP and secure AI integrations and governance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and approve AI skills, agents, connectors, and MCP integrations against security criteria.
• Design and build MCP servers, connectors, and integrations for approved business use cases.
• Conduct security reviews of Claude Enterprise, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and related AI platforms.
• Assess data exposure, permissions, identity and security controls in integrations.
• Develop AI governance standards and risk assessment frameworks.
• Provide architecture guidance to enable secure AI adoption across the organization.

The candidate is expected to advise on triage of the review process, tooling, and the software supply chain, as well as overall architecture as capabilities are added.
