Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc is seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to bridge business strategy and technical delivery. You will embed with client teams, translate requirements into AI-driven use cases, and design end-to-end workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.

You'll build data pipelines in Python/Databricks, integrate with Oracle ERP, and prototype a modern web app with React frontend and FastAPI backend. English proficiency (B2) is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Senior/Lead/Manager level roles.
• Track record managing engagements for teams of 5+ full-time employees.
• Strong client-facing acumen in ambiguous environments.
• Hands-on AI and agentic engineering, building GenAI apps.
• Full-stack proficiency in Python and modern React with TS.
• Data and enterprise integration with Databricks and Oracle ERP.
• English proficiency at B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Translate informal knowledge into structured system requirements and AI use cases.
