• 6+ years of demonstrated success in Product design.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools as part of the design workflow.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Experience facilitating discussions/workshops with clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end design process from ideation to implementation.
• Develop and maintain design systems for consistency and scalability.
• Create intuitive interfaces, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform designs.
• Advocate for user-centered design, accessibility, and business value.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business to align goals.
