Deel is seeking a design lead focused on AI-powered product experiences to join our design & AI team. You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to envision and ship AI-enhanced features across web and mobile platforms.

You’ll own end-to-end design from ideation through QA, build scalable design systems, and demonstrate strong UX/UI mastery in fast-paced, global environments.

Formación

• Curious about AI and emerging technologies.
• Experience crafting AI-assisted product experiences or using AI tools in design workflows.
• A portfolio showing AI-powered features or experiments with AI tools.
• Demonstrated passion for design and user experience.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience for web and app.
• Strong B2B design experience.
• Solid UX and UI knowledge and practice.
• Experience with design systems and scalable components.
• Knows when to dive deep and when to execute at pace.
• Comfortable embedded in a development team with light PM oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Deeply analyze customers and business problems to identify pain points.
• Rapidly create impactful and elegant AI-powered design solutions.
• Strategically think about the product from high level to connect missing dots.
• Present design work and articulate design decisions.
• Update acceptance criteria and define logic to your work.
• Own end-to-end design cycle from ideation to release QA.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers and Developers.
• Work across employee/ employer portals and admin dashboards.
• Build and update components in the Design system.
• Be part of redefining how people work globally.
