You will craft comprehensive design systems, produce high-fidelity interfaces, and mentor junior designers while collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple regions.

We are on the lookout for a Product Designer!

What would be your responsibilities if you join us?

• Drive the end-to-end design process for major software projects, from ideation to final implementation.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and reusability across products.
• Create intuitive user interfaces, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive experiences that enhance usability.
• Conduct in-depth user research, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design decisions and uncover user needs.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles, accessibility best practices, and business value alignment in all solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to define product vision, design strategy, and project goals.
• Contribute to defining best practices for AI-assisted product work, with a focus on quality, consistency, and thoughtful design decisions (product governance and agentic experience are where Symphony differentiates).
• Mentor and coach junior and medior designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback to elevate team performance.
• Align with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure seamless design-to-development handoffs.
• Apply AI tools and emerging technologies as part of your day-to-day design workflow to improve efficiency and enhance product outcomes
• Promote and actively engage in a culture of continuous improvement by identifying innovative approaches to design challenges.

There are some requirements that will make you stand out:

• 6+ years of demonstrated success in Product design with a strong portfolio.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Figma AI and Claude as part of your daily product design workflow for ideation, iteration, component variations, and UX copy.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Experience facilitating discussions and workshops with clients, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to drive strategy, vision, and execution.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate design processes, ideas, solutions, and the value of design to teams and clients.
• Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills when it comes to design decisions.
• Fluent in UX, visual, and modern interactive design best practices.
• Independent in executing design (desktop and mobile), in consultation with product owners and technical leads.
• Coming with strong knowledge about usability principles and techniques.
