You will drive end‑to‑end design, mentor peers, and collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure impactful, accessible experiences and thoughtful governance of AI‑assisted design work.

Formación

• 6+ years in Product design with a strong portfolio.
• Hands-on use of AI tools like Figma AI and Claude in daily workflow.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Ability to lead discussions with clients, engineers and product managers.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the end-to-end design process from ideation to implementation.
• Develop and maintain design systems for consistency and scalability.
• Create intuitive interfaces, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to validate decisions.
• Advocate for user-centered design, accessibility, and business value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and design strategy.
• Mentor junior designers and align design handoffs with engineering.
• Apply AI tools in day-to-day workflow to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Promote continuous improvement and innovative design approaches.
