AgilityFeat is building a nearshore implementation team for a U.S. fintech client, focusing on private funds. The role requires 5+ years in finance or accounting operations and 3+ years in the private funds sector, with leadership and mentoring responsibilities.

Strong English and cross-border collaboration are essential. You will own end-to-end implementations, validate fund structures, and work closely with the U.S.-based team to ensure accurate, scalable solutions while mentoring junior

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
• 3+ years of experience in the private funds industry as a fund accountant or implementation specialist.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex data sets with high accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent written and spoken English (B2+).

Responsabilidades

• Own Full Implementations: configure, test, and validate client fund structures and calculations with the US team.
• Act as Escalation Point for complex financial structures and implementation issues.
• Drive Process Improvement to evolve implementation workflows with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor Associates and Senior Associates and potentially develop people management as the team grows.
