Blue Coding is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Implementation team for a U.S.-based client building fund management software for private funds. You will work on hands-on configuration, testing, and implementation of client fund structures and calculations, with cross-functional collaboration across U.S.

teams. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in private funds, software implementation experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong English communication.

Formación

• 3–5 years in private funds industry (fund accounting/operations or implementations).
• Experience implementing software, systems, or processes from spec to live.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, CS, Engineering, Mathematics.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, with cross-border teams in the U.S.
• Hands-on with complex fund structures and calculations to build scalable solutions.
• Experience handling large, complex data sets with meticulous attention to detail.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to support automations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop fluency in the platform: fund structures, calculations, and workflows.
• Own a substantial portion of a complex implementation or end-to-end project with minimal oversight.
• Identify edge cases and propose solutions beyond simple task execution.
• Guide Associates on specific pieces of work.
• Collaborate with U.S. Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams to surface issues.
• Help pressure-test and refine evolving implementation processes.
