Blue Coding is seeking a Fund Implementation Lead to join our nearshore Implementation team serving a U.S.-based client. You will own end-to-end fund implementations, configure structures, run tests, and ensure accurate calculations across workflows. You'll mentor Associates, collaborate with U.S.

teams, and help refine processes as the nearshore practice grows. Fluency in English and a strong background in private funds are essential for success.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant private funds industry experience (fund accounting, private funds operations, or implementation).
• Experience implementing software, systems, or operational processes from spec to live.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, CS, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with cross-border teams in the U.S.
• Hands-on with complex fund structures and calculations to build scalable solutions.
• Experience with large, complex data sets and attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate workflows, data processing, or testing.
• CPA or equivalent is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own full client implementations end-to-end and coordinate across workstreams.
• Serve as escalation point for complex fund structures or issues.
• Mentor Associates and Senior Associates.
• Develop fluency in the platform: fund structures, calculations, and implementation workflows.
• Collaborate with U.S. Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams; surface edge cases.
• Help refine implementation processes as workflows evolve.
