Minka is hiring a Customer Engineer to turn signed deals into live integrations with clearinghouses, banks, and large institutions. You will write code, answer architecture questions, and own the integration until the first real transaction goes live.

You will design ledger models, debug bridges, and manage complex multi‑party delivery projects while collaborating with Sales and Product. Strong English and Spanish, and a willingness to travel, are essential.

Formación

• Ten or more years of production software experience, hands‑on from architecture to implementation.
• Stack is TypeScript and Node.js; strong knowledge of REST APIs and distributed systems.
• Experience with two‑phase commit, idempotency, retries, and payments/fintech integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the integration and delivery phase for client engagements.
• Design ledger models mapping wallets, symbols, domains, and anchors to client systems.
• Coordinate multi‑party integrations, manage timelines, and keep Sales/Product aligned with client needs.
• Serve as the technical voice in delivery‑led sales motions and guide go‑live preparations.
